Single flat elevator cable

This cable features a special structural design and can be installed as a power and control cable in scenarios such as railways, cranes, and logistics transportation. The wire uses a new type of cold-resistant flexible special sheath material, maintaining softness and flame retardancy even at low temperatures of -15°C.

Product Inquiry:

Product Structure:
Conductor: Multi-strand ultra-fine precision twisted oxygen-free copper wire.
Insulation Layer: Special mixed PVC, oil-resistant, flame-retardant.
Color: Color-coded or black with white number markings.
Sheath: Elastic PVC special sheath, oil-resistant, flame-retardant.
Technical Parameters:
When the hoisting cable is arranged as a single line:
3. Free use length greater than 35 meters;
4. Operating speed greater than 1.6 meters/second; consideration should be given to adding load-bearing elements in the cable, usually galvanized steel wire rope or aramid fiber rope.
When the elevator cable is arranged in a star pattern:
3. Free hanging length greater than 80 meters;
4. Operating speed between 4 meters/second and 10 meters/second; consideration should be given to adding load-bearing elements in the cable, usually galvanized soft steel wire rope.
Note: Packaging length and sheath color can be customized according to customer requirements.
