Highly flexible industrial mobile optoelectronic composite cable

Suitable for power drag chains and highly flexible industrial environments, specifically designed for power drag chain applications to meet the synchronous operation requirements of optical cables and electrical cables. Used as a connection between moving parts, suitable for vertical installation in industrial environments, featuring high flexibility and bending resistance. The sheath is robust, with a compact structure, small bending radius, and easy installation. Dual-shield flexible design, optical cable adopts Class A bending resistance standard, insulation material uses imported halogen-free materials, filled with two layers of imported aramid yarn. The small sheath uses soft TPE to better meet the needs of mobile use. Cable conductors use high-elongation multi-stranded fine wires and imported high-density insulation materials. After combining the optical and electrical cables, the whole assembly further uses a copper wire braided shield to enhance anti-interference capability, suitable for environments requiring electromagnetic interference resistance and confidentiality. Imported polyamide sheath material, suitable for special high and low temperature operations, with wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and oil resistance, meeting the requirement of ≥3 million repeated motion cycles.
