Flexible Double-Sheath Shielded Drag Chain Cable

Suitable for installation in industrial environments with continuous reciprocating motion and frequent bending, such as drag chain systems in modern mechanical standard components. It provides excellent electromagnetic shielding and interference resistance for CNC machine tools, mechanical (robotic) arms, heavy machinery factories, lifting and transportation equipment, mechanical automation systems, and other applications. It features outstanding waterproof, oil-resistant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant properties, and external impact resistance.

◆Conductor: Multi-strand ultra-fine oxygen-free copper wire or tinned copper wire

◆Insulation Layer: Specially formulated mixed PVC

◆Color: Color coding for ≤0.5mm

◆For ≥0.5mm, black with white number coding; yellow-green for grounding wire in three-core and above

◆Core Wire: Generally uses twisted filling gaps and twisted pair filling gaps

◆Inner Sheath: Modified low-viscosity strong extrusion inner sheath, PVC material, oil resistant

◆Shielding Layer: Bare copper wire or tinned copper wire braid, density over 80%

◆Outer Sheath: Specially modified PVC
