Flexible Shieldless Cable for Robots

Connecting cables are used in various industrial fields such as industrial robots, factory buildings, and machine tool manufacturing. They are suitable for medium mechanical stress, especially friction, and feature high flexibility and torsion resistance. These cables can bend freely without bearing tensile loads. They can be used in places where drag chains cannot be used due to structural reasons and are also suitable for low temperature, dry and humid indoor environments, as well as unprotected environments.

◆Insulation layer: Special mixed PVC Color: ≤0.5mm color coding

◆≥0.5mm black with white numbering, 3 cores and above with yellow-green grounding wire

◆Core wire: Generally twisted with filled gaps or twisted pair with filled gaps

◆Inner lining: Layered treatment, wrapped with polyester tape or non-woven fabric for cushioning

◆Sheath: Special modified PVC, polyurethane PUR (optional)
