Flat control flexible cable

This cable features a special structural design and can be used as power and control cables in applications such as railways, cranes, bridge cranes, logistics transportation, and mechanical automation systems. The cable uses a new type of cold-resistant, flame-retardant, flexible special sheath material, offering good flexibility and bending performance, remaining soft even at temperatures as low as -15°C.

◆ Conductor: Multi-strand ultra-fine oxygen-free copper wire

◆ Insulation: Special mixed PVC, oil-resistant, flame-retardant

◆ Color: Color-coded, black numbers paired with white numbers

◆ Core Wire: Single row or five-petal flower-shaped stranded, core wires twisted around a central load-bearing core (hemp rope) to form the cable.

◆ Inner Lining: PP tape, aluminum foil Mylar, or non-woven fabric buffer layer

◆ Sheath: Special cold-resistant PVC
