Product Structure:

◆Conductor: Multi-strand ultra-fine oxygen-free copper wire or tinned copper wire Insulation: Special mixed PVC

◆Color: Color coding for ≤0.5mm

◆For ≥0.5mm, black numbers on white background; grounding wire is yellow-green, for 3 cores and above

◆Core wire: Generally twisted with fillers or twisted pair with fillers

◆Inner lining: Layered treatment, wrapped with polyester tape or non-woven fabric cushioning

◆Partial shielding: Wire pairs braided with bare copper wire or tinned copper wire, wrapped with non-woven fabric after assembly

◆Overall shielding: Braided with bare copper wire or tinned copper wire, density above 80%

◆Sheath: Special modified PVC, polyurethane PUR (optional)
